Online Forms and Surveys

The Center for Teaching and Learning owns a web-based survey software tool called Class Apps/SelectSurvey.NET.

Who can use it?

The tool is available to DU departments and faculty members who wish to develop online registration forms for campus events (conferences, workshops, etc) or short program or course-level surveys.

What is it best used for?

This survey tool is best used for anonymous data collected from registration forms or simple surveys. If you are conducting a research project or administering a survey beyond one department, please contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs or the Office of Assessment for advice, consultation, and to assure compliance for the protection of human research subjects.
